I want to empower clients as we work together to explore goals and hopes for the future.  I understand the importance of finding a therapist you can connect with and I strive to make this connection with clients.  I have experiences in a variety of different settings, including residential treatment care, a nonprofit for sexual abuse, and schools. I work with preteen/teenagers, families, and couples. 

 

My goal as a therapist is for clients to learn more about themselves and develop tools to bring into their day to day lives.  Also, as a relationship-oriented therapist, I often help clients with relationships including parent-child, family, and romantic/marital relationships.

Methods I use include EMDR, DBT, CBT, play therapy, and art therapy.  Along with these therapy modalities, I use Neurofeedback which is backed in neuroscience. Neurofeedback aids in reducing symptoms and optimizes the function of the brain using technology.
