I currently provide individual adult and adolescent mental health and addiction counseling.  My primary modalities include a strength-based and person-centered approach that utilizes MI (Motivational Interviewing), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Psychodynamic and Systems approaches to helping clients and their families obtain their goals.  My job is ultimately to work myself out of a job and create the most efficient and effective path to collaboratively reach a client’s treatment goals.  I strongly believe in supporting client choice and autonomy through the treatment process.

I offer a free 15-30 minute consultation to clarify if my services can be helpful via phone or in person.  I can accept some insurances (Anthem, Cigna and United), as well as EAP’s with UC Health and Ski Corp employees. Please note each insurance plan and benefits package varies by carrier and employer.
