Chris Condone, LPC
I'm committed to helping my clients transform difficulty into opportunity, gain new perspective, and to re-discover their true authentic self. All of us experience sadness, disappointment and disconnection at times. We need to be heard and feel seen compassionately and without judgement. This is the truth of being human. All emotions have a purpose ,learning this and accepting ourselves and emotions as they are , is essential part of therapy. I value and fully believe we all have the answer with in us, yet it’s hard to find it alone. I help my clients navigate through their inner experience, learn how to cope, understand and process their feelings ,and guide them back to what’s true for them!

I’ve been a therapist for over 20 years and on my own path of personal growth for 30 years. My theoretical perspective is a combination of in-depth professional training and personal experience. I fully believe that therapist can only guide another person to the depth they have gone themselves. I was inspired to become a therapist in my own therapy watching my therapist be a honest, compassionate human. I’ve experienced the therapies I use with clients, which brings a inner knowing and confidence these therapies work. This growth also cultivates a deeper capacity to hold a compassionate space for therapy.
I help my clients understand their challenges, learn effective coping skills, mindfulness practices ,give voice and presence to painful emotions and become confident in being their authentic Self.
I received my Masters from Regis University graduating with honors. My professional experience consist of working with individuals and groups since 2003. The majority of my experience is working with adults having challenges with relationships, difficult emotional issues, and in simply learning to live a happy life.
